Frequently Asked Questions
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). Windows 7 SP1 64-bit is also supported as a minimum, though Windows 10/11 is strongly recommended.
How many computers can I install the license on?
One computer per license. If you need to move to a new machine, deactivate the old installation first through the Help → License menu.
Does it keep running when I close the window?
Yes. Audio Fetch Pro minimizes to the system tray when you close the window, continuing to run all scheduled jobs silently in the background.
Can it monitor an FTP folder and download new files automatically?
Yes. The FTP Directory Watching source type monitors any FTP folder and downloads new files as they appear, keeping a record so nothing is pulled twice.
What happens if a download fails?
Audio Fetch Pro retries automatically (3 times by default, configurable). If the job still fails, an optional email alert is sent and the failure is logged in full detail.

Yes. All future updates are included with your one-time purchase. No subscription fees or upgrade charges.
